My daughter and I went during a weekend and it was really busy/ over booked.
There was a few rude customers who were waiting and thought it wasn't going fast enough.
From what I observed, all the employees were helpful and patient.
Even though it was really busy we didn't feel rushed. They took thier time in assisting us and explaining everything to us.
