First time in my life to have glasses and contacts, $700+ .
Didn't offer to fit my glasses, had to go back, gave me the wrong eye drops, had to go back.
Big box stores, customer service and attending to the paying customer are seriously lacking.

I had a 12:45 appointment time . Didn’t get seen by someone until 2 . Then they had the nerve to rush the entire process barely explaining anything to my understanding . I just bought my glasses and left I’ll never be back .service terrible , staff slow and unprofessional .

Was not notified my glasses were ready went to pick them up and I can’t even see correctly out of them. Very disappointing I need my eyes for my work and still have to get another eye exam and wait another two weeks
