I asked if she could give me contact solution because they told me they were going to when i picked up my contacts and the worker didn’t want to give them to me but her coworker was like just give it to her and she mean mugged and gave it to me but was super disrespectful and unprofessional. Very unprofessional staff that was there.

UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE
I called Stanton Optical today specifically to make an eye appointment at the Albermarle Road location. I was given an appointment for approximately 30 minutes later, so I immediately got in my car and rushed over, driving about 30 minutes to get there on time.
When I arrived, I was told they do not take appointments after 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays and that the call center should never have scheduled me.
That was Stanton Optical's mistake, not mine. I had called, confirmed an appointment, rearranged my Saturday, and made a 30-minute drive based entirely on the appointment THEIR company gave me. Yet after I arrived, they simply refused to see me rather than making any effort to honor the appointment or fix their own error.
So I wasted roughly an hour of my Saturday driving there and back for an appointment Stanton Optical scheduled and then refused to honor.
If your call center is authorized to schedule appointments for your stores, customers should be able to rely on those appointments. And when your company makes a scheduling mistake that causes a customer to drive across town, the appropriate response is to find a way to accommodate the customer — not shrug it off as "the call center's mistake" and send them home.
Extremely poor customer service and a complete waste of my time. I will not be returning.
