My experience at Stanton Optical was terrific, thanks to Mr. Michael! My glasses were in terrible condition and badly damaged. I came in for my free eye exam, and while we were waiting, he took a look at my old glasses. He said, "We've got to get you something for your face because seven days is too long."

Instead of making me wait, he was able to help me get a new pair of glasses the very same day. I was so thankful because my old glasses really needed to be replaced.

Mr. Michael was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. I truly appreciate everything he did for me, and because of my wonderful experience, I will definitely recommend Stanton Optical to others.

Y’all gave me damaged frames and did not want to replace them with new ones. I should be able to keep my damaged ones and get the new ones in the quality that I paid for!

Everyone was very friendly, as soon I walk through the door, someone was there to greet me, I told them what I need, and they took care of me with no problems, I would refer a friend to Stanton Optical, thanks.

Fast and friendly staff that were very helpful

My experience at Stanton optical was great! I filled out info on an iPad and was quickly seen for my eye exam. The second part of the eye exam was very professional as well. The doctor was on a screen and went by quick. I picked out my frames and the doctors were very helpful.

Staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I am sorry that I did not ask the name of the associate who offered me very relevant information about service with a team where there was a doctor on site for dilation and doctor-to- doctor reporting, but other staff we interacted with include Mr. Mike, Ms. Mercedes, and Ms. Stefani.

At first, i was quite skeptical about it, but it turns out that we felt the teledoc process/exams met our needs well. In fact, having taken a chance on progressive lenses over lined bifocals, the clarity of vision is incredible!

Staff understood and worked with us to ensure that the frames and options were just what we needed for our budget. We both look nice in our glasses, too!

Last year, we did business with the Newnan store and thought they were good, but a third party lost the shipment with my order, causing a month-long wait. The Fayette store had BOTH orders in within a week!

We look forward to doing business with Stanton again next time we need exams and glasses.

Well, my very first time visiting Stanton, the ladies that assisted me were very friendly and very informative I did not realize that the eye exam would be virtual and that once the exam was done then you had to wait (not very long at all) for the optometrist/doctor to review, now they are not in office so if you're expecting an in person hands on doctor to do the eye exam you won't get it there.
once the doctor review the eye exam they would then forward an email to the in-store representative as to what your prescription would be and of course they will give you a copy of that. Stefanie worked with me at that point and she assisted me in getting approved for like a leasing credit card where as I could pay my glasses off in 90 days I really appreciate that she was very professional and again very informative I appreciate her for assisting me. The customer care over the phone when you call in and they talk to you about getting two pairs of glasses 79.00 and of course the free eye exam they are not very thorough so I suggest that you visit the store and talk with the representatives that are there then you'll get exactly what you need. Also just to add that when the optometrist review your eye exam and if there's some question about it then they will send you to a referral the opthalmologist and at that time you know whatever's underlying they'll be able to of course be more thorough.... That was the gist of my experience. Oh yeah! I got my two pair of glasses the arrival time was on point 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🤗

The people were very amazing, very empathetic, very knowledgeable about what I needed and once I received my glasses the product of my glasses were great I have no complaints and I highly advise anyone who needs glasses to let Optical be your 1st choice

The experience and service for the eye exam was great. The ladies were friendly and helpful. The exam was quick. The issues were with the pickup part of the process. First, we were told I owed more money which was not the case. That error was caught but then they only gave my husband half my order. We had to call and then go back the next day for the other pair.
