Michelle: above & beyond, Sonya the manager also did!
Michelle went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and did not judge me. I have agoraphobia and generalized and social anxiety, had to keep taking little breaks from being overwhelmed and she was so patient and kind! Also Sonia, the manager helped me the next day and she was amazing as well. It has been a long time since I have been somewhere and not felt judged or people looking at me funny but at Stanton optical, they made me feel accepted, and that really helped me and I will definitely be a repeat customer! Also, I forgot to mention, since I had to do an eye test again the second day when I really didn’t even wanna go a second day, I live in Shelbyville. I wanted to just get it done in one day, but when I went back the second day when Sonia, the manager helped me she also went above and beyond and lowered the price for me quite a bit, and I am truly grateful for the staff there!

Very professional, knowledgeable people working there. Fast service, excellent product quality, great communication and very reasonable prices. I am very happy with the service I received there. I went there to get an extra set of glasses from a prescription that I already had from another provider, but based on this experience, they will now be my primary provider. Very welcoming since I came in I went 3 days just not having classes you had my lenses right there I was able to get a pair of glasses in 15 minutes instead of having to wait 2 weeks and any other place very nice place very clean and very professional and I will continue to go back to this place.
