I had to wait quite a while for my exam despite having an appointment. I had to wait even longer to select my frames. I felt that I really couldn't ask all the questions I needed to since the staff were so busy and unavailable. I got the less-expensive progressive lenses, which are very disorienting. I might have made better choices if the staff weren't so busy. Picking up and paying took over 20 minutes as well, since everyone was helping other customers.

Everthing was great except one thing. During the online exam the people online were having some sort of party background, combined with the technician heavy accent (nothing wrong with that), it was a bit distracting. Lucky most question were 1 or 2. That is the only reason I knocked it one star down. Besides that everthing was great.

The quality of the glasses is great.thats about it.

We arrived to purchase a pair of glasses for my son. Sadly no one acknowledged us. Two people in the front one customer each. After 10 to 5 minutes they were both done with the customers. We still didn't get no help. We picked out frames while the two ladies talked amongst each other. After we picked the frames ourselves I took it to the counter and waited a few minutes until they asked if we needed help. At that moment no one was in the store. Finally took our order and paid in full for my item. If there was a self check out etc I could've done everything myself next time im going online shopping but not at Stanton im sorry, you lost my business.

I was very impressed on the speed of getting my glasses. Staff were all very professional. I will definitely recommend Stanton optical to others, as a matter of fact I have already told my daughter to get her glasses there.

2 eye exams and 4 pairs later....still waiting for glasses I can see through. Go to Costco folks.

Absolutely disgusted how i was duped with the bogo marketing and if i buy glasses there its a free exam. Well my glasses shoulda been 229 plus tax yet i was xharged over 1200 dollars. No explanation, no nothing. My wife and i left feeling scammed and used. We know were older yet to be taken advantage of in this way os disheartening to say the least. We live on a very tight budget, who doesnt in this exonomy, yet i got to where i couldnt see well anymore so felt lile we xould cut but on air conditioning usage a little and heat fuel at night just a little to cover it. This has been a absolute nightmare on how we was duped. I dont know of it was because we were older or because we were the only white couple in there but whatever it is its unacceptable.

Prior to making my appointment I had no idea what I was doing haven’t been to the eye doctors in over 4 years so my fault for not asking questions. I thought they would except my insurance (Presbyterian) they did not . There was no signs or notifications that a contact exam was $119 mind you I didn’t even get contacts just was getting an exam . I paid over $400 just for the contact/ eye exam and got glasses . I will never be coming back to Stanton Optical.

I had a "scheduled appointment".... after going online and the site didn't show availability on the online calendar, I had been checking for weeks by the way. I decided to call and was able to schedule an appointment. Calendar clear...weird but appreciated. When I arrived I waited 20+ minutes past my scheduled appointment time while the staff assisted a walk in customer before me. I would just like to say to potential clients don't make an appointment, you're better off walking in.. you'll most likely be seen first. Satisfied with the service but frustrated with the process or lack there of.

I love the attention the professionalism and always welcoming when I walk in always taking care of me to the full extent and asking questions and giving me their personal opinions thank you for all you do

I got 2 pairs of glasses and an eye exam for 83 bucks! Not to mention both pairs were ready for pick up within 45 minutes. AMAZING EXPERIENCE, can't believe I was paying 400 dollars for 1 pair and waiting two weeks to get them with the other guys!

Did not like the hybrid eye exam. I think my prescription is inaccurate. The area where the initial exam was conducted was crowded with all the machines.

Workers were very nice, it just had a long wait time. They also didn't explain my results to me.

I’ve been waiting for my glasses. It kept saying they were creating a label on March 3. Today is the seventh and it still keeps saying the same thing I called the Corrales office today but they weren’t very helpful.
