Such a quick, professional and fun experience. The selection of glasses and prices are awesome, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. 10/10

It was a weird set up, I spent a lot of money, and my glasses are cool so far (I picked them up yesterday) but at no point in the process did I feel comfortable or confident in my purchase. The sale reps and staff were just there, no helpful opinions on how the glasses looked or towards helping me pick out frames. They brushed off my "how do these look" type questions like a disinterested husband who secretly has a mistress or sum lol. Hated the experience tbh and wouldn't recommend at all but again, the glasses are okay so far.

After many years of mediocre service at America’s Best on Howell Mill, I’m delighted to find Stanton just down the street. Exceptional, personal service and a much, much nicer atmosphere. So happy I made the switch. Better experience start to finish.

Absolutely amazing experience with Kiran and Yolanda. The most technologically advanced eye treatment ever with same day glasses.

The associate was very helpful and patient with me while choosing my frames from which they have a good selection. Most posts talk about how nice the experience is but don’t mention the accuracy of the prescription. After wearing an inaccurate progressive prescription from another optometrist, I decided to switch it up and try Stanton. Wow! What a difference!

The eye exam was efficient. It is completely virtual. No optometrist is present in the store. The exam is conducted online via a video call. The exam support is efficient.

Purchasing products was less efficient and did not have the best customer service. The prices quoted online do not match what you are sold in the store. They also did not provide a copy of the prescription after we left. I called several times and did not receive a return call. When I finally called and reached a person they wouldn’t email the prescription like our previous optometrist. They sent a link to sign up for an account and said the prescription would be available in the portal/application but it was not. This delayed our ability to order additional contacts. I won’t be returning to this location for exams or purchasing contacts. I would only recommend them if you do not have vision insurance and have limited options and your eye health is optimal.

I am so disappointed that I have not had the same experience as some of these others customers. I went in for a eye exam and glasses on recommendation of another pleased customer, my initial experience was wonderful with Karin helping me and my friend with our exam and Yolanda helping us choose glasses. We went in for the $135 progressive package but with add-ons we ended up spending about $675. We were told we would have glasses in about a week, that was not to be either, we went in on 6/6 and our order has yet to be completed it is now 6/23, we both received 1 pair at two different times now we are waiting on two more pair that will probably come at two different times. I was in desperate need of new glasses, so I ordered two pair on line with the prescription that I received from Stanton Optical and received them in 6days 2pair progressive/transitional lenses, I am extremely pleased and now realize I made a mistake using Stanton optical. My experience may not be the norm, but this will be my last time with this company. It looks like 30 days instead of 30 minutes.

I had an excellent experience at Stanton Optical in Atlanta. From the moment I walked in as a walk-in customer, I was impressed by how prompt and organized the team was. I didn’t have to wait long at all, which made the visit quick and convenient.
The staff provided outstanding customer service—they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely focused on helping me find exactly what I needed. They are clearly very knowledgeable and proficient in their field, taking the time to explain options and answer all of my questions with confidence and clarity.

I was out of town and lost my glasses. Although they couldn’t do my progressives in an hour, I did get two pairs of frames and lenses for $150! I have to change my glasses one for distance and one for reading but they look great and very cost effective!
