Everyone at this location was extremely helpful and friendly. Both of my children needed two different things and the staff was very helpful in providing both an exam and help choosing glasses. A++!

What went wrong this time great way to start a questionaire.
During my visit i requested eye exam. no doctor available they used a tele refractionist for exam. I stated several timeseverything was blurry asked to have them read my current prescription then start from there. over 400.00 spent on glasses and 3 week wait to find out they won't work for me waited over hour second visit for eye doctor to reexamine but no one available. now have to wait even longer to get the exam and longer for glasses. wont be returning to stanton unconcerned optical

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service and communication. Though the wait was long due to staffing issues, the available staff were apologetic and kept me in the loop. The manager was very informative during the check out process as well.

I couldn't even see.
I couldn't see out of the glasses the prescription was not right. Also the blue tag selection was very small. When there advertising 2 for 79. Nevertheless I got one pair due to the selection and how poorly made the glasses were. I paid 105 for some alright pair.

Not great..except for Susan
Upon my arrival for my appointment, I was greeted promptly and both employees were kind, helpful, and accommodating.
However, if was not made clear before my arrival that the appointment would be a hybrid appointment with a “doctor” through a computer screen. She talked too fast, was at times unclear with her direction, and I did not feel 100% comfortable with the end result of the appointment.
Then, when I came back about two weeks later to pick up my first of two pairs of glasses—I tried them on and mentioned they were tight. The store manager helping me stated “there’s nothing I can do about that”.
It wasn’t until I came to pick up my second pair and met Susan that I felt seen or treated with the respect of an individual client—rather than just another one of the many they see each day. She was assisting from another store. She was kind, helped me adjust *both* pairs, and talked me through some tips and suggestions. *If* I return, it will be for and because of Susan.
