Absolutely terrible experience
When I went in to pick up my glasses, vision was extremely blurry. They told me to come back for another exam. When I went back for the exam, it was a complete joke. The person doing the exam was obviously trying to make it appear as though I couldn't see. She never tried to listen to anything I said. She then told me I need to see an Ophthalmologist because I couldn't see. I then said I want a refund. After having many difficulties trying to figure out how to accomplish a refund, gave me a receipt showing a refund. That refund was never sent to my credit card. I contacted my credit card company and started a dispute.
