I waited 30 minutes to get my exam due to short staff. I provided my insurance information but it wasn't applied. No starter solution kit was given when I picked up my contacts. All the other vision places normally include that when you by new contacts. They told me they ran out. And they didn't check to see if the prescription was right. I expected them to ask me to put them in before I left the store. They didn't. It was here's your contacts. Bye..No explanation of what's in the bag or nothing...Horrible experience... employees need additional training in customer service. The up side is the were friendly and greeted me when I entered.

Service people in the store were nice, but they are severely understaffed, clearly pressured to upsell versus actually finding best fit, and the whole model of having the exam conducted via a teleconference with a technician in a noisy call center rather than an actual optometrist is gross. Will not be going back.

The initial remote eye test was poorly administered. The person doing the test remotely showed little to no interest in my answers or my comments. Would never do an eye exam using this method again and would rather pay more for an in person exam.

The best part of my experience was thanks to Queen the sales associate she was efficient and professional and very personable I was very impressed with your operation

Th only reason for not giving a 5 star rating was the misleading advertisement for the cost of glasses. My glasses were double what I thought they would be.

It was not explained to me about single vision lens and multi focus lens. I ended up with single and can’t read out of them. They then told me bring them back pay more money and get the multi focus lens or use reading glasses

Even though it's my first experience with everything in the building, they been very patient with me and kind too.

I didn't catch the other two employees that were working there but I only caught Queen's name but who ever else that worked there that day, they were all nice and straightforward in a good way.

I went there for the 2 for $79 picked out 2 frames and was suckered into 1 pair for $328 thinking that was for 2 pair until I came to pick up my glasses. I will never come back. Worst experience I ever had. This was at the Brookfield location on capitol drive. The glasses I have I can’t see out of one side. It’s a blur on my right side.

The atmosphere is exactly. I like how I was approached. I didn’t like being suggested about bifocal lens over & over after saying I didn’t need or want them by the associate. Other than that it was ok

Wish I give give a 10 star due being a loyal customer for years! Went to Eye Vision bad experience! To later go the same week to get better price and better Progressive lenses! Left smiling ear to ear!!!

It was quick and easy even though me and my fiance didn't have an appointment. The two ladies that were there were amazing, made it enjoyable being there. It was a great first impression for me and my fiance, we'll definitely come back when the need for new glasses arise. Thank you again to the two ladies.

Everything went very well from scheduling my eye exam, completing a comprehensive vision test to picking out my frames & lenses and ordering the final product. The turnaround time was inside of a week which made me very happy. I would be honored to recommend Stanton Optical to my friends and family.

Timely service. Staff was knowledgeable and courteous.Clean store,easy access from main road.

Service was fast, and I got my glasses on the same day as my eye exam.

Excellency regarding the eye exam My glasses for the night vision just perfect haven't gotten the daytime Wednesday but the night times with the extra glare for the car so I can see great job recommendations will be applied thank you

The people were friendly and informative. The only thing I would say is that you need to fix your text messages saying that the glasses are ready and in fact they were not. We made a special trip about fifty miles round trip only to find out they were not ready.
