The staffs were professional and polite. I was able to get my glasses the same day. The only downside was that they did not mention on their website that they have no physical doctor on site.
The staff was great very friendly and welcoming, the selection of glasses needs improvement but besides that all went well , I love my new glasses and will definitely recommend to others

Also they advertised 2 glasses with prescription for $79 , which is what I got but somehow I ended up paying close to $150!!!
Dishonest , dishonest, dishonest.
Just be honest with customers from the beginning.
Thats how you get customers for life .

Amazing Service
The most friendliest staff I have encountered in a long time. They are also very efficient and fast. No long wait before my appointment time, fast service. My glasses were due back in about 3 days, so mentioned I was traveling and wished I could have had them before I left. Bam!!, I got a call saying I could pick up one pair… The Same Day! . Omar you ROCK!

Incredibly poor substandard operation…
Incredibly poor substandard operation dba eye care operation. Refraction consisted of some remote operator ( not an optometrist ) working an automated “view master”.
A prescription was rendered and $419 was collected from me on Mar 7 and a handwritten document stating that my corrected frames would be ready no later than Mar 23. I had to call several times before getting a response that they were “in transit”. Today, Mar 31, and a series of calls ensued before getting a live person who then put me in hold that went to voice mail. I then called again to be told they were being shipped today. Then I received another call informing me that they would be ready in April 3. Absolute contradicting information. I am a physician who delivers and consumes healthcare. This is undoubtedly the poorest establishment of incompetence and falsely delivered information ever experienced.

They weren't transparent about not using my insurance. I ended up paying what I shouldn't have and I had to use my out of network claims. They didn't say that they were out of network.
