I was not aware the eye exam was done…
I was not aware the eye exam was done by a “virtual” doctor. Tha exam was not correct. I have gone for 2 re-checks for my prescription and it’s still not right. Trial contacts take 1-2 weeks to come in and that is not guaranteed they will work out. My vision is still not correct after 2 months. Never had this issue and I have been wearing contacts for almost 25 years

Love the Product but Customer Service?
This was my first time there. I was welcomed, but there was a lot going on. Would I come back? So far, I do love my glasses.
However, the customer service was lacking. When I picked up my glasses, the associate stayed behind the cash register and did not check to make sure the fit was right. No questions were asked, and I barely received a goodbye.
I understand that everyone can have long days, but every customer should be treated the same.

I did not like the fact that they…
I did not like the fact that they advertise 2 pairs of complete eyeglasses and an exam for $79, and when you inquire, there is a very limited amount of frames available. Also, if your prescription requires for you to get anything else (i.e., bifocals), then you have to pay extra. Then, it took the clerk so long to look up my insurance, and, by the way, she never did find out how to apply my insurance. By the time she finished, over an hour had passed, and my total was over $600. Because I was getting sick from waiting so long, I missed the $130 discount that I could claim on my insurance.

Hello, as i mention 1st.email i was hopping to receive 2 different lents sinse my left eye needed more help than my right eye to be able to pass Driver Licence renewal, i am not able to pass the test,the glasses i paid for will not help me @ all, i will ask for Refund ? i do not need the Glasses.

I will not go back because the eye…
I will not go back because the eye doctor was on computer not in person and got my glasses they did not sit down with me and make sure they fit to my face and make sure I could see with them. They just give them to me when I walk in.

America’s best is the answer. They weren’t able to get my prescription right, i tried explaining the issue that i was having but was not able to get it resolved.
They weren’t able to get my prescription right the first time. I had to get it redone twice.
I explained to the doctor that i was having issues with the prescription i had gotten from them. Explained that it was blurry and was not able to see, i expressed that i could see better off with my previous glasses, he then asked to see my glasses and copied the prescription and told me that my old prescription and the new one were pretty similar. I tried to explain that i was getting a prescription because it was starting to not see clearly but he cut me off and just told me to try this new prescription and see if it works. fast forward, i was still not able to see with the new prescription because it was fairly similar to the old one.
