Initially came in to have a pair of…
Initially came in to have a pair of glasses repaired and get a secondary pair for TV. . I need to repair has been in my car for a month or so. I was told I was out of warranty by two weeks so nothing could be done. I bought a new pair for $500. This was one pair of quite a few pairs I bought in recent years. I thought Mgmt. should have volunteered to replace frames that probably cost $50 at the most. Not the best Mgmt. decision I’ve seen in a while.
