HORRIBLE!
the staff are not human. no emotion. no care. ONLY READING FROM PREPARED DIALOGUE.
REFUSED to be clear about how they lost my Robert Mitchell frames.
REFUSED to compensate with equal value frames
after 3 weeks of trying to either get my frames back or compensated with PROPER frames by contacting a stanton optical help center, who couldn't and did not get in contact with an actual corporate representative or this stores manager.
spent upwards of $270 for an eye exam and two lenses.
the lenses were ready in store but again SOMEHOW my frames just disappeared.

ultimately refunded $120. NO FRAMES. NO LENSES.

I WILL NEVER USE STANTON OPTICAL AGAIN! AND WILL ACTIVELY ADVISE PEOPLE TO AVOID THIS STORE AND COMPANY!!!

The service I received was great, the employees were very helpful and kind. I recommend that you hire more employees; the only issue I had (as one of the many other customers) was watching the employees walk past us in order to help other customers. I suggest hiring more employees so that the current employees don’t seem rude to the other customers. Meaning, hire multiple employees for each station and job position.

Everyone was great The service on my glasses were good I just wish it would have been adopted but check my eyes and not necessarily a video of a doctor checking my eyes and just don't feel I got an accurate result but it's better than what I was with

Amazing super friendly staff helped me get exactly what I needed to get back on the road driving my semi. I got same day glasses(2 pairs) in a hour for reasonable price. I will be back and recommend everyone to go here.

When I received my glasses that I sent off to be prescribed they came back bent.

I was attended to promptly and glasses were ready a day later than promised

From the Doctor , to the technicians and sales and lab technicians over all very well attended.

Had an appointment on a busy day for me, so walked in the day before my appointment and the CSR was able to work me in. Also, Pam took the time to help me find all of the glasses I picked out ahead of time (through their virtual store), along with assisting me with the best discounts available. The order arrived early and I was notified immediately, so I was able to go out of town with my new prescription glasses. As a previous customer, it is my opinion that their service has improved tremendously, thank you!

Y'all did great

Been a costumer for years and it's was always a cost thing for me with out insurance, so I went back to get some new lenses, frames where still good thinking it would be a little cheaper for me but I was wrong. For the same price as two pairs of glass it cost me for just one set of new lenses. Very disappointed thinking it's price gouging because they can right now. Service was better before too....

From the time I went into my exam to the time I picked up my glasses, everyone and everything was efficient and well organized.

Got my prescription wrong, so having to take another, but no charge. That was good.

Waited for ever for eye exam.

Helpful people.The computer part was not good.But it worked out

After the end of my eye exam I was told the same day service was not available because their machine was down.
I waited a week and a half, and received a text stating my order was ready. I drove the 35 miles to pick it up only to be told only 1 pair had one in and the other pair would be here the next day.
So 70 miles layer I am back at the store again. This time the glasses they had made were incorrect and would have to be remade. It's been a month and they haven't called or text.
I called them only to be td they were mounting the lenses but don't know when they will get them.
I love giw a same day service turned into 5 weeks. Not happy...
