Your staff is unprofessional
Your staff is unprofessional, your promos are deceitful, the wording on it is meant to confuse clients, staff doesn't make sure you understand the service you are receiving amd then you are stuck with a bill. Lenses were also given to me with glue residue, I was told in front of the manager himself that the machine was not caliber right, but him was not fixing it. Both pairs of glasses ,glass felt off and got scratched on the floor. Went to complain, and no were to be found in the system, they asked me who helped me and was told that the person is not longer with the company

Staff wasn't listening to what I had to…
Staff wasn't listening to what I had to say ,was only trying to upsell . The temporary contacts they gave me was way too big for my eyes. Not to mention had to wait hour after my appointment time to be seen .

The employees are great!
The employees are great, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! The eye exam was done remotely with an optometrist controlling the machine and her face on a large screen in front. I did not love that part but my prescription seems to be correct and it is different than what I came in with. I love my new glasses but most of the frames seem like cheap Zenni frames. (I'm not knocking Zenni either. I use them.) Anyway got 3 pairs for about $1,000. All of them progressives and one with transition lenses. The tint is weak on the transitions compared to my previous pair from elsewhere. I am going back to get the lenses swapped out from an old pair so I will be a repeat customer.

The staff at the facility were…
The staff at the facility were friendly, fast and efficient. I would have given 5 stars but I received a text at 1000 pm advising me my glasses were ready. I slipped away from work the next day to pick them up but was advised glasses were in fact not ready. Advised the corporation, not the local store, sends out automated text messages to customers advising glasses are ready when they are actually not ready. While I was waiting in store for glasses another customer that received the same text from corporate came in and hers were not ready either. It would be best if corporate did not send out incorrect texts to customers as it would lessen frustration for both customers and staff at the local level. The local store gets 5 stars, corporate gets 0.

All around great experience
All around great experience. Great, organized, clean, showroom with lots of natural light made shopping quite enjoyable. Wonderful, helpful staff helping with my choosing. Shaye was great and offered much help. And Leslie, the tech that done my examinations was very thorough, but very patient and made me feel at ease the entire time. All in all, a very relaxing experience and just as advertised as far as price. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

They are still working on my order
They are still working on my order. The prescription was inaccurate. The lenses came back wrong. So I’m still waiting on their call back within 72 hrs. It’s been about 27 hours ago. I’m sure they can make it right. I’m somehow disappointed. We will see. Thanks.
