Customer service was great
Customer service was great! The problem I have is that we couldn’t get the RX to work for my eyes. Then you want to send me to Florin to see a dr. Not happening, the Elk Grove store is large enough that a Dr. should be there at least once or twice a month. I was supposed to get a refund and a copy of the refund was to be sent to my email and I still haven’t received anything. No communication if there is a problem. So far I’m not happy. I paid $685.00 approx. I’m only getting $400 approx. back.
