Dr. Houchin gave me a very thorough exam, providing me with options for glasses and contacts. This was my first time needing a prescription for far and close vision. Nani was extremely helpful with choosing the right frame and lenses for my prescription and style. The store is clean and organized. Overall the best exam and eyeglass experience as of yet!

The best choices at a competitive price!
After checking prices at Kaiser (my Medicare provider) , and Costco, I went to Stanton Optical, in Escondido. All of the personnel there were congenial and helpful, and their selection of frames was nothing short of vast!
When I finally selected a frame, Nani was very helpful in piloting me through the lens choices, to give me what I needed, and wanted at the best cost possible.
My glasses took under two weeks to make, and deliver, and the staff were very helpful in adjusting the frames to fit my head!
I will definitely return for any future needs!

I've shopped at Costco and Walmart for glasses but never have I been treated so well as I was at Stanton Optical. Fast, Friendly and Knowledgeable. I got the glasses I wanted at a fair price in 30 minutes. Beat that Costco. Nani at Stanton Optical was great.

I ordered my glasses on February 26 and apparently they received them 2 days later and I didn’t not receive an email , call or text message that they were there in the office I had to call to see if my glasses were there. I called on March 13 wondering why they have not arrived the glasses had been there for about 2 weeks . When I called that day the said I should of received a call or message but I did not and when I got there they told me that they did not send a message because my last name was hyphenated but what does that have to do with them not calling me.
