Was quick and efficient. Granted they didn’t have my script for the two pair $79 but got me the next price which was still a lot cheaper than the most expensive. Maybe the whole process fm first walking in without an eye appointment to walking out with two new pairs of eyeglasses took 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday.

Sebastian was very professional throughout my eye exam. He made sure that my purchase was worthwhile and that I was satisfied with what I was getting for my time and money. There was some unprofessionalism regarding the attitude of another employee; however, the situation was ultimately resolved. Overall, I appreciate Sebastian’s professionalism and assistance.

The virtual person who did my examine barely spoke English and didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. I heard from the onsite optician (who was very nice) that a lot of others have complained about her. He had to re-do my entire exam which took a lot of time, but he tried to make the situation right. His readings were different than hers.

The customer service was excellent the staff that work with me like omg he was very patient kind and caring towards my knee and with helping me pick out the right frames and what was best option with my glasses he's best we really need more people like him to do customer service when it comes to helping people

I want to pick up my eyeglasses and the experience was really good. The person helping me was professional and adjusted my glasses well and told me if anything should happen I can return for them to be fixed.

Felt like a way better experience than I anticipated. I wish the glasses were priced competitively but that would be my only complaint. For kids yes, but for adults not as good as I think could be done. I have really tough vision issues and I would say this optometrist always reassures me. He might be the most comfortable I've been to twice now
