Quick and helpful

Deanna was helpful and nice to me. There wasn’t much of a selection for more flexible frames like I wanted, so we ended up having to spend 2-3 times more than anticipated. There were also no accessories, like eyeglass lanyards, to help prevent loss. It was not same day for either of us either.

The equipment and vision testing process was subpar. I tried to explain that I was having difficulty with the equipment fogging up and messing with my results. The remote person asked me to clean the apparatus. The other on-site attendant snapped at me for having done so and told me to call her back if it happened again, which it did. By the third plus time, I was tired of the entire process and just ready to leave. The remote session felt awkward and I didn’t care for it. So, when I got the prescription and the lenses did not match my eyesight, I didn’t want to return. They were still blurry. I ended up just returning everything, but we didn’t get a full refund.

My husband kept both pairs of his glasses/sunglasses, but they were also blurry in one eye, which he mentioned during the process, but they told him to give it time to adjust. It remained blurry. We were very disappointed with the entire experience. The only bright spot was Deanna trying to help us.

Great customer service, great with kids. I just wish someone had called earlier my appointment to confirmed address, I taught it had booked at the Hulen location but I drove all the way to buckes 😅. But overall had a good experience.

Deanna was absolutely wonderful! She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in optical products and care. In addition, Deanna's personality and customer service is very unique and very hard to find in in today's workforce. Keep up the good work!!!

It’s always a great experience when I visit the store. Great communication, always informative, I’m acknowledged and treated with courtesy and respect. I was surprised that they remembered me by name which made me feel important. I absolutely love visiting this location (which is conveniently located right around the corner from my home). The ladies do an excellent job keeping the store clean and professional. Common courtesy goes a very long way now days along with the stores appearance and the hospitality that you’re greeted with. Keep up the good work ladies! This will always be my home for eye care

Brianna and Deanna made my experience very wonderful! Excellent customer service I haven’t had glasses since I was a kid and Deanna walked my through everything she was super patient and let me also take my time finding frames that fit best for me! Brianna helped my husband with his first contact lens they were all super wonderful! Thank you for helping and being wonderful workers they deserve a raise😊❤️.
