Neither of my prescriptions(glasses or contacts) are properly correcting my vision. I am very disappointed because this has been my spring break from driving a school bus. I was really looking forward to returning to work with my vision at its best. ☹️🚌
Instead, I’m now looking at several more week’s waiting to resolve the problems and won’t feel 100% safe having to drive my kiddos to and from school. It was 2 full weeks after spending so much money to be so utterly let down by my experience with Stanton Optical Presidio Towne.😞😑However, the employees were very kind and helpful as far as customer service is concerned and for that I am appreciative! So I suppose my compliments are all about the lab not getting my scripts quite right! On the toilet😞😑

Bad day at Stanton Optical!
First of all, I thought I could trust the process of the online Dr, but that was a mistake the girl helping me didn’t know what to do with a person who only needs readers and now I was “convinced” to buy a box of contacts to wear in just one eye and a pair of glasses I could have bought at the dollar store. I told her it makes me feel uncomfortable to wear just one contact I felt off and she was like you’ll get used to it……. I wish I would went somewhere else!

This was a wonderful place to go to from start to finish, the staff was very kind. They were busy, but they never stopped being attentive with us, they helped us pick out glasses if we wanted help, sat with us why we tried them on(because we asked for them to), told us which ones looked good or not. The glasses came in exactly when they said they would. The cost was cheaper than any other places we been to and we get glasses every other year. Do not hesitate to try this place for your glasses.
