We were greeted promptly. The visit was quick and easy. There was no pressure for picking out glasses and they worked with us on getting the best options for the best price. They even tried to repair my son's broken earpiece so he wouldn't be uncomfortable until the new ones came in. Great customer service.

Destiny was real nice and very helpful
Destiny was real nice and very helpful. I just wish we had been shown the frames for 2 for 79 bux. We weren’t expecting to pay over 300 bux. I love my glasses tho! The frames I picked are beautiful!

my contacts took 2 weeks longer than promised. I received no update until I called, then they decided to send auto generated text updates repeating the information I had already received. when I picked up the order, the help and instruction was just enough to get me out the door, in all the experience seemed like i was just a number and not a valued patient.

Both the manager and assistant manager were great and very helpful. The one drawback is the misleading of the 2 for $74. I feel that all items should be advertised publicly rather than “just the frames.” I would definitely recommend this store!
