I went in with insurance and was told…
I went in with insurance and was told my insurance would cover $79. So I chose the 2 for $79 frames. After all the stuff I actually needed and thighs “suggested” I was told my total was close to $500! Huge difference! I was also told my insurance did not cover the exam, which they should have told me that before anything! I got the absolute bare minimum and still paid over $160 out of pocket. One pair of my glasses are fine. The other pay is scratched, chipped and has the worst glare! I’ve had reader from dollar tree that had nicer lenses. I’m so disappointed! The staff was very friendly, I just wish they were upfront about costs and pricing.
