Made me wait an hour+ for my glasses and purposely saw every other person on the sheet other than me. I would like to add this occurred around 5 pm June 17th and the male worker was straight up ignoring me and had rude comments acting very smart right off the back when interacting with me. I did escalate this issue after the fact and was given the number to HR by another location and made a formal more detailed report. I bet this location won’t reprimand the worker but I mean that’s on their business.

Went to get new glasses for my teenage…
Went to get new glasses for my teenage son after he failed his school eye exam with his current pair. I made an appointment online. Eye exam went great, but when it came to selecting new frames, things went bad fast. We were all suggesting him to try on frames ( mom, grandma, and sister ). He became so frustrated and completely shut down. He wanted to leave. Joseph stepped in and saved the day! He successfully calmed down my son and asked him questions about what he likes. Joseph helped my son select two pairs! It was the best experience because of Joseph!

You guys said that if I wasn't satisfied I could have a refund but, that wasn't the case 😕😔; because Nothing in Life is Free is what the Manager I find out at the Location the manager told me... Look at the find print at the bottom of the ad!!! Okay 👍🏾 I had to pay for the Glasses and the Eye exam so I couldn't get my money back Okie Dokie 👌🆗.... I didn't even get the right Glasses 🤓...

the customer service was great
the customer service was great, I did not like that the doctor was remote and no one said anything until after I was already prepped and in the room. More transparency would have been appreciated.
Additionally the private rooms were poorly lit and looked dirty and dingy.

Deficient.
They focused on trying to sell me a bunch of things my eyes didn't need. My eyes are very sensitive. Plus, the online diagnosis from the eye exam was inadequate.
