Unfortunately, I lost them on vacation a week ago. I went into the store and they were so accommodating, they got my new pair in 30 minutes.

Not impressed
I was not impressed and I won’t be back. I initially chose this place as it was close to home and said online that it accepted my insurance. When I arrived it took several minutes for someone to come to the front. The entire store appeared deserted. I was then taken to the back to check in and the technician informed me that they didn’t take my insurance but had a 79$ deal. The technician did the whole exam and I never saw or met the eye dr as he “works remotely” she told me everything was done and walked me to the front and said to the salesman right in front of me that because my eyes were too watery she wasn’t able to get a good exam done. The selection wasn’t much but that’s cuz I chose the lowest rate available. I was told by Tre I would get a text when my glasses were ready either the same day or the next day. I ended up calling an hour before they closed the next day and spoke to a man named Jose who told me my glasses wouldn’t be ready until the 15th. I said that made sense but I had been assured they would be ready by today. He then put me on hold to check and after a few minutes came back and told me they had been ready since noon(it was now almost 6). I came to pick them up the next day and that was the best part of my experience. They were ready to go and are perfect. But the professionalism and customer service was very dissatisfying and I will be going else where for my future eye care needs.

Great Frames at a good price …
I did have some issues with my glasses mainly with communication and not receiving clear explantation. The actual problem was with the eye dr at another clinic (not Stanton as I only purchased the glasses) not giving me a correct RX. Stanton was happy to replace the lenses with the correct RX.
