My first visit in was fine
My first visit in was fine. Second and third terrible. Customer service was awful. The people working were rude. The one person Angela I think, was complaining about their coworkers to me, which I find very inappropriate and really unprofessional. When I came in to pick up my glasses the lady was also unfriendly and made it seem like I was asking for too much when I told her my glasses needing adjusting. Unfortunately, I need them tightened and the last thing I want to do is come back. I will have to come back to have my glasses adjusted other than that I will not ever go back.

Great experience of glasses were outstanding
Selection of glasses were outstanding. Service was fantastic. Getting my glasses took a few weeks, which I thought was a little long. Prices were half than other places. Would like a better case.
