Helpful staff
The folks at Stanton Optical were very helpful with my vision needs. I have a very strong prescription and it is very difficult to manufacture properly. Many providers are simply not willing to even attempt to make it. I had an issue with my prescription and had to send it back. The second time they appeared to have the same issue, yet the store manager, Nick, was able to adjust my frames and resolve the issue. He thought outside the box and saved the day. Nick and Stanton have earned my trust and loyalty for life.

Friendly staff, great doctor
I was there in a Sunday so there was a little bit of a wait but it wasn’t too bad. The staff were friendly, very helpful and not pushy when I didn’t want add ons. The doctor was great, she took the time to answer some additional questions I had.

The exam was quick but thorough so I was extremely pleased with that. However, even though the floor agent was very polite and knowledgeable I did feel like I experienced a bate and switch once we got to pricing. Came in with the intentions of walking out with two pair of glasses per Stanton’s advertisement. But ended up walking out with only one pair due to pricing. The AD is very misleading so I will definitely shop elsewhere for my second pair and I will have to share my experience with others because I didn’t feel good about my purchase walking out because of that.
