It was terrible , I was waited for almost 4 hours , the try to sold me a expensive glasses even when I asked about the promotion that it said there 2 pair of glasses for 79 dollars with the examen incluid , then they sent me a message that the lgssses are ready and when I went they are not ready yet and the prescription wasn’t how the made my glasses and aferre a week o didn’t get my glasses yet , it was a disaster if somebody ask for you guys I never recommend you

Ridiculous
This place is awful. They’ve had my glasses since the 23rd of this month. I haven’t received anything but a bunch of lies. I went to the store it was packed. The guy asked me to leave the glasses he wld call when they were ready… still nothing. I called back on the 26th which was Thurs bc I hadn’t heard anything from them. This is completely on called for. The guy there tried to tell me it’s bc of how my glasses are made.. etc. Which I find strange bc he removed my old lenses to trace new ones and put my old lenses back into my glasses. So either they made my lenses wrong or they have messed something up. The workers are nice in your face. However that quickly disappears when you are met with so much incompetence. I still haven’t heard anything from the company yet! I do not recommend doing business with this company. My sister and her friend had a similar experience at another location. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. All I can say is better management is needed. They also need more workers. I will not give them another dime. I highly recommend customer to find eyewear somewhere else.
