The advertisement for the discount on the glasses was very misleading. I went in there and ended up spending $400 on two pairs of glasses when the advertisement on the window says 79. I understand that there is color tags on them but I did purchase glasses that had the color tag for the promotional deal. I felt like my prescription wasn't justified enough for me to pay that much money for glasses. I felt pressured into getting glasses in the moment without any real help picking out the ideal ones and clearer explanation of the deal.

The staff was knowledgeable
The staff was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. My appointments was for 1 pm and I had my glasses at 6pm, the previous places I visited made me wait a week for my glasses to be ready. The Wallisville location has an immensely large selection of frames. I loved my experience here.
