Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
If you are looking for actual, professional eye care, go somewhere else.
First off, they do not disclose upfront that there is no certified optometrist physically in the building. Instead, they put you through a "virtual doctor" setup via video screen. The whole process felt rushed and impersonal, and the results proved it: they completely botched my initial prescription.
I had to waste my time going back for a second exam just to get a corrected prescription. After dealing with the headache of multiple visits, I finally received my glasses, only to find they were physically damaged and noticeably bent right out of the packaging. When I brought them back to be resolved, instead of replacing the defective pair, staff simply tried to bend the frames back into shape by hand. They still fit unevenly and feel weird.
Between the virtual exam shortcuts, inaccurate prescriptions, poor product quality, and lazy fixes, this location is completely unreliable. Save your time, money, and eyesight, find an established, in-person practice instead.

I was notified that a portion of my…
I was notified that a portion of my order was ready for pick up. Upon arrival I was greeted by a representative from the back of the store. After trying on the new glasses one of the pairs were not correct prescription. I advised that the glasses in question appear to have loose arms on both sides of the glasses, was kind of blown off. Whoever was on the iPad, ophthalmologist I presume, said they would remake the glasses that were incorrect. When I asked the representative if they could change the glasses due to the arms loose and once again, kind of blown off. I left with two pairs of glasses. One of the pairs of glasses was to have transitions lenses and they don’t change at all. The pair of transitions glasses also have loose arms. There has been nothing of quality presented…. I certainly didn’t expect this.

Employee put me on hold for 10 minutes. She claims that she forgets that I was on hold. She doesn't listen as she asked me three times to repeat myself after I gave her the glasses order number and my phone number. I ended calling the corporate office for help. I ordered the eyeglasses on July 28 and on August 6 I was trying to find out when will I received it.

Let’s be clear glasses great so far. They got my glasses on July 15th and on July 21st manager states still not here. I called customer service and they stated your glasses were delivered already. I also never got my military discount either. The lady that gave me my glasses was pretty good by the way customer service was awful and rude

For one they offer me a deal of 139.00…
For one they offer me a deal of 139.00 for two pair of glasses eye exam free I went out the door paying close to 329.00 for my glasses I got these glasses but I will be going somewhere else from now on . I wrote a complaint about they message me then they blocked it so I couldn’t message back . Because I will be letting people to be aware of whatever they charge you for . I’m still trying to get use to my new glasses . Because I’m giving them some time to get use to because I don’t even want brother going into that place again that’s how unhappy about them . They could’ve let me know ahead of time of extra charges from the 139.00 I was quoted. And when they message me they said my phone number wasn’t on file that’s another funny thing seeing my phone number right on my receipt.
