Communication could be a lot better at this establishment . It’s also disappointing that there is no actual doctor on site . You’re not speaking to anyone . I like it for the price but they have a lot to work on.

Friendly staff but no onsite optometrist
The staff onsite was friendly and helpful. I was not confident with the optometrist performing the exam virtually through a tv screen. When I asked the tech that performed the pre-tests if they used a US based service, I was told she wasn't sure. Nothing was mentioned about my astigmatism which I have had for years. The tech did the usual pre exam and uploaded the results for the optometrist but it's not the same as someone physically looking at your eye. While they advertise great deals, there were very little options for the best advertised deals. I was told they did not have their full inventory in yet but the store was full of mid to high end options. I tried them this time but will find a local optometrist next year.
