The best experience buying glasses I've ever had
I've had a 10-year relationship with my local optometrist who I like a lot. Their limited eyeglass frame selection has always made picking out now glasses a challenge
I now found that they no longer took my insurance,and even with their best no-insurance discounts, the prices were higher than I intended to spend, so I decided to look elsewhere.
Immediately when I went into Stanton Optical I was pleased with both the broad selection and the attractive pricing of their frames.
When I sat down with the specialist I had a half dozen frames that I picked out that I liked.
When I asked for some guidance on which ones worked best with size and shape of my head, she offered her opinion which made hard decisions easier. That was really valuable. She didn't tell me which one to buy but she provided rationale that was logical. It ended up that the choices 'we' made were good choices as they fit well and I've gotten tons of compliments. I should note that it was not the most expensive of the frames I had pre-selected that I ended up buying.
Well, the pricing of the lenses was refreshing too. The transparency of costs, with everything in writing on the mat on the counter in front of me made the decision-making very easy, and the specialists ability to walk me through the process very quickly made the decision-making very simple.
In the past, my choice of which I wear to leave with was usually based on which one did I not dislike the most versus which ones I like the best.
I ended up leaving with two sets of glasses, that I really liked without compromise, for only 20% more than I would have paid for one set of glasses at my more local optometrist

First time I went to pick up the…three times to pick up glasses that were wrong
First time I went to pick up the glasses you can see the daylight between the frames and the lens second time I went to pick it up they couldn't get the lenses in the frame third time to go pick it up I was told that quality control was excellent in the manager had went and checked them and everything was great on them and when I went to pick them up I asked what is this half inch scratch Mark or something and she says oh that's just where the ground the glasses down and I said ma'am how come I had to find this I thought you'd went through and checked them well I guess I need to get new glasses and I didn't take these off and I looked at the flat area and I said ma'am again if you went through these glasses why did I find it well that happens sometimes to classes that come in so basically she didn't check them they're all she got her pair of glasses from Stanton too and they were screwed up

A Great Experience
Mine and my husband's experience was great with the sales personnel. She was patient, friendly, and polite while we were picking out our frames. And when I picked up our completed the glasses, the young lady that assisted that day was great as well.
