I got a good deal I thought until I had…
I got a good deal I thought until I had to go back 3 times and then they done another exam on me and it was still wrong said I would get used to the contact went 2 more times still wrong and I live an hour and a half away from the closet to me and then they changed me another 120 dollars just for 6 months when I had it all paid for then redone my exam and changed me said it would be 120 for a year of contact so with all the trips trying to get them fixed and gas and wear and tear on my car a 6 months contact cost me right at 700 dollars and didn't even get an apology

i loge there get eye exam n two pair of glasses for $79 i go in South KNOXVILLE ON CHAPMAN HIGHWAY . the STAFF IS ALL SO NICE N FRIENDLY N ITS REALLY TRUE THERE ARE NO HIDDEN COST. i love the great deal. i pay an extra $30 for my far distance ones n have them turned into sunglasses for driving every couple of years so i got both clear n tinited!!

Disappointed
The customer service part of the experience was great! The glasses part, not so much. The distance vision is not much better than my old glasses. And forget trying to work on a computer screen! And the frames are terrible! Unfortunately, when you take advantage of their offer of exam & 2 pairs of glasses, your choice of frames is VERY limited. The nose pads that are built into the frame are awful. I push my glasses back up my nose dozens of times a day. Like the old saying says, you get what you pay for.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
Jami the optician was helpful and knowledgeable appreciated her guidance. She listened well and understood what I wanted, offered to check for different colored frames when asked and helpfully explained the differences of the extras I wanted/needed for my prescription. Although it was a bit pricier than I had hoped for, for the two pair I ordered i averaged it out that I tend to keep mine for 2-3 years so not so bad. The glasses came in in just under two weeks, I am satisfied and happy with my purchase.

5 Star Customer Service from Mr. Mathews & his team!
The level of customer service and care went above and beyond by William Mathews (the store manager) & his team members. After hearing about my past experience at a different location and still not having the correct prescription for my vision, William insisted on doing my eye exam and coaching me through certain parts of it that definitely made a marked difference in the outcome of my results. He gave me THE best advice I have ever received on how to really decide between some of those hard slides of "which looks better?" lol It actually made a dramatic difference! And he caught an issue none of the other eye doctors, nor anyone else has. Also, after telling other doctors and eye places there is something "not right" with my vision as it comes and goes and being told, "you're fine, you need to drink more water" or "that's just age", William and his team took my concerns seriously and quickly found answers. They are great!! I highly recommend William Mathews and his location. You will receive 5 star customer service and great attention to detail.
