Was a horrible experience from the jump! Virtual test, requested the provider slow down at least three times and he kept speeding through! Two weeks picked up glasses could not see clearly and was told take 2-3 wks and adjust then come back. Strained myself for 2 wks went back had in -person exam only to be told they couldn’t help and send me to another provider having to pay $120 on top of what I already paid. Prescription was confirmed as completely wrong and had to go back and have them redone. Over a month and half to get a correct pair of glasses!

My experience was mixed. The employee who helped me wasn’t exactly rude, but she also wasn’t friendly or welcoming ,more so just indifferent. Customer service felt very minimal.

One issue that bothered me was the warranty explanation. I was never told that the frames already come with a free one-year warranty, which is important because the frames are usually the part that breaks first. Instead, a two-year warranty for the lenses was added and explained to me as if it covered the glasses as a whole. That felt misleading.
Another concern was the speed of the order. I was told the glasses would take 3–5 business days, but they called the same day saying they were ready. When i picked them up, I noticed there was still a layer of glue on the glasses that I had to scrape off myself. That made the glasses feel rushed and not properly finished.
Overall, the service wasn’t terrible, but the communication about warranties and the quality check before pickup could definitely be improved.

Got new lenses for the frames I already have in less than two hours. The whole process was fast, easy, and efficient and the price was reasonable. I will definitely use them again whenever I need new glasses.

First time walking into Stanton optical I was welcomed warmly there. Had my exam which in my opinion was of high quality. The staff was very friendly before,during and after my visit. The doctor was amazing and professional. I truly appreciate the way the staff at Stanton Optical handled everything from start to finish and there was no miscommunication. Everything was seamless and outstanding! Thank you to the staff at Stanton Optical in Lafayette off of Johnston street. I will see you all again for my next trip!

The employees at Stanton were very helpful, very nice and everything went smoothly from the eye exam to picking out my 2 pairs of glasses. Wasn't expecting to get them til the 3rd but got the call yesterday they were in..

I went in for an eye exam for glasses and contacts. First of all, you deal with "technicians" and not doctors. I was given an eye exam and was supposed to be fitted for contacts for presbyopia. I told the technician what worked before and asked to try those contacts. After waiting for them to come in, I was given the wrong contacts. When I called to let them know what the problem was, they ordered new contacts which were also wrong. The problem seems to be that the "technicians" are uneducated on what they are doing so I paid the price. I asked for a refund on the contact exam since they did not do it properly and prescribe the correct lenses, but they refused. I would definitely recommend staying away from this place.
