Received damaged glasses.
I waited over a month to receive my prescription sunglasses, and the employee who helped me was very friendly. But when I got my glasses, they were damaged with paint peeling, the brand label was popped off the lenses. Overall, service in person was good but my glasses were in damaged condition. I paid a lot and was expecting a new pair, but I didn't get that.

I was trying to get just the eye exam…
I was trying to get just the eye exam like I always do and they told me they stop doing that or you need to buy the glasses for you to get the eye exam free or something like that. I used pay just for the eye exam but this time they told not any more. So that was disappointing.

Bad customer service and disorganized…
Bad customer service and disorganized management. I was told I would get a refund by local management. District management said no refund for “medical devices” which are prescription lenses. Local management said they couldn’t find my lenses. It’s been over 7 months and I’m still waiting. I haven’t even gotten an apology for my inconvenience.

Servicio y orden deficiente
Reconozco que me tarde en ir por el par de lentes que compre. Sin embargo la experiencia de compra no ha sido buena, pues los lentes que me prepararon, no están con las especificaciones que mi vista necesita.
Además de ello, tienen registrado que uno de los dos q compre, ya me los lleve, cosa que no es cierto.
Vale la pena implementar mejores controles creo yo.

Poor service and very inconsiderate…
Poor service and very inconsiderate customer service I told them I wanted the special of the two pairs of glasses and they said they did have the special. I told them I was not feeling well since I am a diabetic and didn’t want to take a long time since I had not taken my insulin I was feeling really bad but they took their time and were not sensitive to my health or my needs
