Experience was very rushed and felt…
Experience was very rushed and felt like I was just a number. When I was called in for my eye exam, my eye pictures were already taken which was very confusing. Turns out someone else eye pictures were taken for me so we had to take my eye photos. Never got trial lenses, now my left eye feels uncomfortable when I where my contacts. Definitely not a good experience.

I would never use it again
I would never use it again. That was my second location in two years and my service was awful. Could not recommend any body to use Stanton optical ever again.

James at Tamarac Store Great
When I first walked into the Tamarac store, James the manager greeted me and made sure that I got taken care of almost immediately. He made sure i got my exam properly and he helped me navigate the whole process with ease. I got my 2 pairs of glasses about 10 days later. Everything is great. Thank you James!

What happened to the advertised deal???
Stanton advertising is a bait and witch game. If you tell them you have insurance, they charge you a 25 dollar fee for the eye exam. Not conducted by an optometrist, done by clerks and input into a computer. Also the personnel who conducted my exam, never wiped off the machines, never introduced himself, and never gave me any information. About the exam. There were three machines, and I was told next machine and put your face in. (Not cleaned first).
I came in for two pair and free exam, get in thirty minutes. But was told progressives take 10 days and are not 79 dollars, but 135.00.
After the exam, you get to speak with the sales person, who up sells all glasses. I picked out two exact same frames from the 79. Dollar shelf. P.s. I was charged $365.99 fir ONE pair of glasses. I waited two weeks to receive the one pair, and I could not read at all. The glasses were not positioned correctly. It was all and all a horrible experience!!!
