The staff never prepared me for not seeing a live optometrist. In addition they had no idea what my out of pocket fees were and what i was to pay for contacts. It was all a guess. The wrong contacts was then ordered.

Bring in an actual optometrist
Bring in an actual optometrist. Got glasses ans cant use them because i still cant see. The lady on the tv screen does not listen when you tell her i cant see or its blurry. Completely ignored and she spoke over me so i just gave up. I will never return and already let family and friends not to go there.

They forgot to order my glasses, then when they did they came dirty and the lenses were crooked. Unwearable and a waste of money

They were knowledgeable and answered all my questions. When my glasses arrive at the store they notified me that I could pick them up. The person I dealt help me pick my frames so my glasses would look good on my face. I would recommend them to anyone. The virtual appoint made it much easier for me.

The frames are great
The frames are great - 5 stars. It is partly my fault. The last several times I have not gotten progressive lenses even through the sales reps said they were better. I can't see the street signs now until I am going past them. This may just be me. I can only wear them about two hours at a time before I develop a headache. I thought the transition lenses would protect my eyes but the glare is not diminished - never again. I like my old clip on glasses with sunglasses that clip on. I also didn't find out that you recommended I see someone else until I went through my paperwork at home. If you aren't qualified to provide eye care, then you should decline service. Now I am having to pay another eye clinic for service. Very disappointing.

No physical Dr........
I would of liked that an actual Dr examine my eyes. I had told the technician that I take zepbound and it's known to cause blindness as a side effect. So I would of liked if there was an actual Dr to address my concerns. Wish they had more glasses to choose from that where available for the specials they run.. other than that it was easy and fast getting the exam and glasses..
