They need to improve a few things.
The service was good in the sense that the staff was very friendly, but they are overly focused on making sales without checking their inventory first. I told them I could come back later for some eye drops, but they assured me it would be a quick process—that they would hand them over right away. They convinced me, so I bought them; however, when I returned to pick up my glasses and the eye drops, nothing was ready. They didn't have the eye drops, and my glasses weren't finished yet. They made me wait over 30 minutes for the glasses—an *additional* wait, considering the order had been placed at 11:00 AM and I didn't return until 5:00 PM. They only gave me one pair, telling me the other pair of glasses would be ready in a few days, as would the eye drops. This means I now have to drive another hour to go pick them up, all while worrying that they still won't be ready—especially since they send notifications claiming an order is ready when it actually isn't. That is exactly what happened the day I visited: they sent me two emails and two text messages stating that my order was ready, but it wasn't.

The team here got me through an exam the same day, helped me pick frames, and the whole thing felt super efficient without feeling rushed.
Staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Chandler was extremely helpful thrugh entire visit.
For anyone who needs glasses and doesn't want to wait a month for the privilege — this is your spot.
Open on weekends too, which is a huge plus.

I came in to get new lenses
I came in to get new lenses. I took returning twice after receiving them. I have transition lenses when I put them on I felt a sense of Vertigo. First time back they thought my bifocal line was off. Still had that feeling. Then Nathiel found the pupulary was off, which was never checked and entered in the computer. They are good now, but I was planning on asking for a full refund if they still were off.

Inexperienced workers, just a money grab!
Went to pick up my new glasses (metal frame) and they handed someone else's glasses (plastic frames). The "worker" was not experienced in adjusting nose piece alignment and when I expressed everything in the one lens was blurry and unable to read anything in the store, the worker stated there was nothing that could be done and I'd have to have my eye adjust. So now my options are to wait another year to be able to use insurance or pay full price for a new optometrist appointment at a different eye doctor. I expressly implore everyone to stay away from this place, they may be "quicker", but you get junk quality and service. They don't stand behind their product, make sure proper fit, or that eyesight is correct. Nothing but a money grab.
