I appreciated the way my appointment was handled and the staff was great about helping me navigate my insurance. What I did not like is that I felt the sale was misleading. Buy one get one 50%off was not correct. It was buy one and pay full price for another one. Buying one was exactly half the price of buying two. I also did not appreciate the fact that I wasn’t called when my glasses were done. I had to call in.

No doctor on staff
No doctor on staff, no one to give me my test results, no fitting g once I received my glasses. Horrible place, I do not recommend at all!!!! And their advertised prices are a crock!

Everyone did a great job, I know that place is new and still on training to learn more, everyone needs to take their time and to learn how to learn some certain things when there are times when someone more experienced is not there for a moment or off for the day or sick calls happen…..
My first 2 visits was good when I met an associate named Christopher, great job and the last visit I met another associate named Samantha, she also did a great job, this location was in Manteca !!! Great service overall !!!
