I had a 1:30 appointment
I had a 1:30 appointment. I arrived about 8-10 minutes early. There were quite a number of people there and one person had walked in while I was getting out of my car. I was not seen for almost 40 minutes. I found out that even though I had an appointment and was on time they served walk ins before me.
This made me late to pick up my kids from school. So I had to leave to get them and come back to get my glasses.
By the way, I can already tell im going to have to take them back. My first and my last Stanton visit.

Everyone was so kind and very helpful though out my process of getting new glasses. They even have same day prescriptions that’s the positive note . The front receptionist was absolutely amazing, she made me and family feel so comfortable of our first time visiting. Thank you so much for your service!

I was at the store at 9:00 AM
I was at the store at 9:00 AM. Person opening on Friday 4/24/2026 did not show up until 9:50AM. She had a bad attitude towards the customers. Did not even ask about adjusting my new glasses. Was very rude.

I can’t see well out of my brand new glasses
These glasses were made weird, I cat really see out of them unless I tip my head back awkwardly far lol. Also they fit well when I tried them on in the store but once they came back with lenses in them, the arms were splayed out so far they can’t even go behind my ears. The optometrist tried to bend the arms in so they’d fit but they still constantly slip off and look weird cause the arms are so bowed. I don’t have insurance so these were bought out of pocket and were not cheap so I just have to live with it I guess

I’m so satisfied with my glasses!
I’m so satisfied with my glasses!! Great customer service and mostly the prescription is perfect!! I’ve been to several different places and they were not able to get my prescription correct. Other places have had me in a negative prescription and I couldn’t see anything. When I went to Stanton I was put in a positive prescription which was perfect. Thanks for being honest and giving me my correct prescription!! You’re the best!!

The wait time was terrible that day
I disliked the fact that we waited so long for the glasses to be done with no update. I literally had to get up and ask what was the hold up or should I just come back to pick up my son glasses. I was told I would get a call and there was no call back, I just showed up the next day. All of this is surprising because normally we would be in and out and barely a wait time. I’m only rating this experience but normally it’s a 5star rating.
