Made appointments for my two girls back…
Made appointments for my two girls back to back at 11:30 and 11:45. Got there a little early and got pre exams done. Doc will be with you shortly. It got to be 11:40, 11:50 and nothing. Finally one of the workers said let me check she did and said we were next. By this time it is noon. The doc came out and called another patient and not my girls. We ended up leaving, we shouldn’t have to wait that long no apologies or anything. Will not go back.

Wonderful place to have your eye exams
A very nice place, friendly staff. Quick and quality service. You walk out with glasses on your eyes the same day. I'll definitely go back for my next eye exam.

I purchased glasses for $600 something, I'm sure I got the insurance, but, it was still within the 1 year warranty. anyways, my glasses broke within a year. Took them in, and they valued the glasses being $1069! well, they charge me 20% of that! what the heck! I had to pay $213 for replacement glasses. I was anticipating on paying like $25 copay. Needless to say, after 6+ years of doing business with them, this will be the last time. All the employees and the customer service was exceptional, super nice and helpful.

I got my glasses fast
I got my glasses fast. But they need more employees...both visits it seemed like there were 2 or 3 too few people. Everyone was waiting.

The employees were great
The employees were great. Went and picked up my glasses and something wasn't right. Went back to the store and told the girl my right glass was not right. She came back and told me it was not the right prescription so now I have to wait another 10-14 days. Now I have to make another trip to Mishawaka when the glasses get in.

Deceptive and Secretive about extra charges.
They didn’t make clear that certain services were optional, I wasn’t asked if I’d like them, they just did them. I was there for the 2 pairs for $79, and told them that before hand. The total I paid was over $140 because they were deceptive and sneaky with their services. I told them when I arrived I didn’t want any extra services because I couldn’t afford it, and they still did them and charged way over what I was led to believe I’d pay.

My experience was great because I…
My experience was great because I needed to have my daughter seen and I was able to bring her that same day and not have to wait a month or two before being seen. Also they worked with me with being able to purchase the glasses not just for her but also myself. They followed through and make sure that they fit her right and that the glasses was what I wanted for her. I will be back.
