They were kind and insightful about what I should include on my glasses. The environment was very welcoming. I had gotten a good deal for my glasses and that’s definitely one of the most important factors. Great job! I hope that everyone else interested in getting new glasses from here will be able to have the same experience.
Took 4 weeks to get my glasses. Was not explained very well on single lenses. Did not put the right prescription on the right glasses. Was told when I called the first time I would get the glasses the same day. Not untill I had all ready paid that they are going to be sent to the lab.

The ladies that were operating the store made me feel right at home and helps me fine just exactly what I wanted even though I didn what I wanted. And they help me find the deals that help me get what I wanted
Came in February for an eye exam and glasses the machine was down so I waited till the next day to pick up one pair of glasses Waited over an hour to be helped. My other pair was sent to the lab with a 2 week waiting period. Came in to pick up those glasses and they were the same as the first pair! The lady told me she would get it fixed waited over a week called yesterday they told me the glasses were ready. They aren’t the ones I ordered again! So frustrating! I spoke to Alyssa yesterday she told me she would take care of everything and the glasses would be ready today! Still no call. This company is very unprofessional and I won’t be returning

Over charged! felt used and dirty after wards.
I wanted the most basic, cheapest glasses. At no point did they ask me if I even wanted upgrades. Uv cost/transitions. Never. In fact the lady who helped me said very quietly to herself, you’re missing out on all of these upgrades. And I thought to myself no I’m not because I don’t wanna pay for them. I ended up leaving thinking that I got the most basic glasses. Turns out a week later they call me and there’s a pair of glasses there for me to pick up? Apparently I have loaners . So I go in and they are just fully upgraded with every option there is. I paid $200 that day with very good insurance and I got very mid glasses. I called and explained to them that I felt over charged and kinda of taken advantage of. I didn’t know that I had paid for all of that. I didn’t want the glasses and I wanted to talk to someone about maybe getting a refund or working something out. She had the sales lady call me 3 days later after I asked specifically for the manager. Don’t get me wrong. She was very sweet and kind. she went on to Tell me that I did not pay for any of the upgrades that the glasses were still there for me to pick up and that no refund is available at no Not only did you charge my insurance for everything they offered you charged me for things I didn’t know I was getting and then refused to even talk about it. This is my first pair of glasses ever I am 35 years old and it was a terrible experience. .

Great help in a pinch!
I was traveling and lost my glasses. I had prescription sunglasses, but the sun was going to be down before I reached my destination. I realized that there was a Stanton in the town I was in, and so I reached out to see if they could pull up my prescription and get it into glasses really quick while I waited. Sunny, who answered the phone, got right on it and verified that they did indeed have my prescription available for glasses while I waited, so I rushed over, picked out two pairs from the Blue Label sale, and she got me set up just in time for sunset. It was a huge relief to be able to drive home safely in the dark, thanks to Stanton! They truly are a life saver.

We spent almost $2000 for 6 pair of glasses. We also had to pay for the exams. When we picked the glasses, one frame was wrong, they tried to put the lens in a different frame, but my wife still does not like them. Mine give me a head ache and mess with my balance. My wife trial pair of contacts did not come in and my son Alex's glasses have not come in after two weeks. My wife and I are not pleased. Please help

constantly trying to up sell more expensive glasses. 2 for $79 is your biggest advertisement campaign then you only give me 10to 12 pair of glasses to choose from. Then after getting pist off & complaining about it they say oh we have more options over here. That some sorry shit. Holding back product to get me to buy more expensive glasses. 2 hrs and 20 minutes is ridiculous. Americas Best took 35 minutes top. All those unneccersary test is ridiculous. then dishonest, greedy sales people . The glasses ended up being great and that was the only positive thing. Will drive back to Texas next time.
