I would give Stanton Optical 10 stars…
I would give Stanton Optical 10 stars if I could. After a horrendous experience at America’s Best, including a 3 week waiting period to hear back about my contact order, Stanton not only had a same day visit available but also got my order processed with extra trial contacts within 5 days of my initial appointment. I couldn’t recommend them more to anyone who is on the go and has very little time for BS.

I'm sorry I forgot the reps name I want to say Melissa. She was amazing and very patient with me. My insurance was through a temp service so not very known. I called other places who wouldn't even call to get my coverage. She explained everything very thorough and clear. My tech who did my exam before I met with the Dr was nice as well. I want to say Aaron. I'm kicking myself you would think for a good review you would remember the names. My appt was almost a month ago. I picked up my glasses yesterday around 6:50. I expected to be in and out since they close at 7. They didn't rush , took their time to explain the progressive lens, and made sure I read the correct passage . Will definitely be back

Probably the best experience I've had getting an eye exam and new glasses. It was quick, the staff was friendly and they had glasses that fit while actually looking good. They repaired one of my previous frames, at no charge! They were also able to make one of my glasses the same day and my other pair came in two days later. Also the general manager, Alyssa, was so helpful and a fellow nerd. I'm definitely coming back for my glasses needs.
For how welcomed I felt there, Stanton Optical needs to keep Alyssa and give her a Nintendo Switch 2 for all of her hard work!

The only friendly person that works there is the guy with the glasses. The lady with the curly hair who I believe is a manager is very rude and inconsiderate.

Next time I will go to America's Best.
estimated Delivery of contact lens was wrong. Then no one called me when were ready. Then the wrong lenses were sent for left eye. They should have been momvision: for reading not distance. So now I have to wait another long week. I found contacts $120 cheaper online. They did match prices. This is the only reason I am giving two stars. I would NOT recommend.

The provider was very knowledgeable and was able to correct my vision troubles by switching me to bifocals which I didn't even realize I needed they also have a large selection of glasses to pick from plus by using there website I was able to do virtual try on before I even got there
