Bad prescription and bad business practices
My prescription caused blurry vision and headaches. The exam was required for my drivers license however the DPS form DL-63 was never completed by a doctor after waiting 4 weeks. I never saw a doctor nor did a doctor appear in a teleconference video during any portion of my visit. I requested a full refund of my glasses and will report the store and doctor to the Texas Optometry Board and Texas Attorney General’s office.
1 star for the nice assistant that did all the exams.

Shay was amazing from beginning to end. She answered all my questions, was thorough with the exam and patient while explaining pricing and how my insurance worked. She was wonderful with helping me find frames in the style I was wanting. I got two beautiful pairs of glasses that I feel super pretty in!! And my glasses came in a week earlier than expected. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend. ✨☺️

I feel like I was not able to get the…
I feel like I was not able to get the right prescription. I have astigmatism and since I’ve had astigmatism for many many years, I know how it works plus, I had a doctor that was a neighbor and he worked with me really well and trying to get the right prescription so that I could see correctly with the astigmatism because there are some advantages and disadvantages to having astigmatism, which I know, and I feel like this was not dealt with because the people that I actually associated with at the office were not a doctor. The glasses I have are not working for me. I cannot wear them because I cannot work and be able to see what I need to see. I haven’t gone back to return them because I’m really trying to figure out why an office would not have an actual optometrist there. And at least let you know when you sign up for the appointment that there will be no doctor on staff.
