Customer Service
Mr. Jimmie Byrd was very instrumental in providing excellent customer service. There was a problem with the order when I was picking up my glasses. I requested transitional tint and the new glasses did not have it.Mr. Byrd made sure the problem was corrective and that I as satisfied with the service.

Glasses stretched out
Very friendly staff and a great salesman in the glasses area, he even got me to buy glasses I didn’t even need. However when I got my glasses they were so stretched out that they kept fall off my head and I cannot wear them. I am a nurse and the $450 glasses kept falling off while I was working. I am so busy I have not been able to take them back, but I plan to return them to either be fixed or replaced. Hopefully they will fix them for me.

The advertising is very misleading
The advertising is very misleading! They only have a few styles to choose from at $79. They charged us $163 for ONE pair of glasses for me, PLUS charged us $79 for the eye exam! They charged us $113 for my husbands glasses, PLUS a $79 eye exam charge! I called and complained to the branch manager in North Little Rock, AR, and she refused to refund the 2 charges for the eye exams! We won't ever go back!

I don't feel my glasses are the right prescription at all. I even gave my prescription for my work glasses and they are incorrect as well. I would of appreciated a human doing my text instead of a video call.

Exam was accurate. Prescription was perfect. The eyeglass frames are of cheap quality. The prices are expensive. The wait time to get your glasses. Needs to be quicker.

Great place to buy prescription glasses!
They had such a variety of frame options! I was able to take my time and find the perfect pair, with the help of one of the optometrist. I will be returning :)
