This is the 2 nd time I went for eye exam . Stanton makes a lenses , that are the wrong prescription. After making a major mistake on the axis of my left lense. I’m waiting 2 wks plus , for my replacement . This is last time I give them my money , time . No quality control , sub par service

Great experience
After not getting my prescription changed in while, the experience here went smoothly! Dinesh was super helpful and patience with me while choosing the style I wanted. He helped me out with my insurance options and got me a really good deal. They told me I'd get my glasses within 7-10 business but it took less than that and I'm so happy with my new eyeglasses. I'd definitely come back :)

I came into a busy Stanton optical and I was attended to quickly. After filling out some paperwork, my eye exam went quickly. Next thing you know, I’m picking out my frames. The staff was patient and informative. Both my glasses were ready ahead of time promised. Just a great experience

I was told 5-10 business days and that…
I was told 5-10 business days and that was not the case. There are never no calls to say what is the delay. When I called it was did you receive an email if not your glasses is not here. I called way passed the time and now it was my glasses is stuck in Dallas because of bad weather but had I known I could’ve picked it up from Dallas because I just got in the day before from Dallas, and was headed to The Bahamas where I live the next day. So I came back home without them.
