Getting an appointment, office help, exam were all 5-star. Lost a point for hard time getting glasses adjusted. Went in twice, finally finished adjusting on my own. A drawback, but may use again.

I bought two pairs of glasses. The second pair has a completely different look visually. The distance vision on both pairs seems to be off, especially on the second pair. I get double vision on digital billboards. I’ll adapt but not thrilled.

Went to the eye dr in April, still have not received my glasses, every time i have tried to pick them up they still have not been returned to be reorder- soI got1 pair of glasses for $700--same pair of glasses that i normally pay $75 for online zinny that fit better and i can actually see out of it CRAZYYYY DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you like being ripped off i dont have insurance and will be making payments on 1 pair of glass for 10 month SMH should have a neg star rating
