It was fine
It was fine. It felt like I was experiencing a "fast food" eye exam - nothing special, hurry up and buy something, minimal service and mediocre product. Didn't feel very professional and the glass frames are not the best I have worn. Overall you get what you pay for and my personal preference is that I am willing to pay for more.

The provider was falling asleep
The provider was falling asleep during my eye exam. It was virtual exam and during the process was falling asleep several times. Then lied and said it was just a bad connection but I know what I saw during the exam. I told the eye tech about my experience and he told me that wasn’t the first time they have heard about the doctor falling asleep. My results came back saying my eyes got worse but they have been consistent for about 7 years. I do not trust my results or the doctor. I would not and do not recommend Stanton Optical.

Bad vision, with no glasses.
I've waited a week for a pair of glasses and still haven't got them. Waiting for lenses to arrive. Not being able to see, especially for work, is unpleasant in the least. Daily life is hindered. I should've gone somewhere else for same day glasses.

First it took over 3 weeks to get my glasses when I did get them the prescription was wrong so I took them back come to find out they put the wrong lenses in the wrong sides so now I have to send them back and wait 2 more weeks (what I was told the first time it took over 3 weeks!!!) to get my glasses !😡😡😡
