You guys did OK my glasses have to go back because they got the bifocal lines wrong so it’s been a frustrating process. The people are nice. We’re not sure we’re gonna go back there next year. We don’t think you did a bad job, but we think you could do a whole lot better.

My Visit
I don’t know what it is if I just came in too close to closing or what, but there seemed to be only 2 employees working the whole floor, and one was even trying to juggle me with 4 other people + having to check in guests at the same time—it seemed a bit chaotic. I had to wait in that room for 20–30 minutes before I was actually seen by anyone. I wasn’t even introduced to a doctor or anything about my vision— it was just the front-of-house staff doing everything. I also seem to have noticed that it takes this place until the end of the day to notify about glasses being ready to be picked up. And I need my glasses now, not later. I appreciate the staff for doing what they do, but the company needs to step up its game. What could help? Hiring more staff, having someone in the eye exam room at all times to check in and seat people, and also fixing your seating— there’s a broken seat I almost injured myself on! That’s not safe for kids. Also if glasses are in make sure to actually call the customer and let them know theyre prescription came in.

Second time fitted with toric contacts
Very happy they have again fit me with contacts I can see with. Busy afternoon, little long of a wait past appointment. When seen, quick and efficient. One test was unable to complete after multiple attempts.

Had an appointment and was seen in a…
Had an appointment and was seen in a reasonable amount of time by the optometrist . An irate person entered the premises while I was waiting and the gentleman up front handle the situation great and was able to get the individual out of building before things escalated. It was a concerning situation but he handled it great. The same gentleman was very helpful in assisting me with frames and checking out process. He definitely needs a raise. Good help is hard to come by and have to say top two experiences I have had at Stanton/whatever it was called before hand.

Since walking in I felt like part of family. I was able to get all my questions and concerns answered. Memory took the time to make sure I understood ever part of my eye exam. Im new to using contacts but she made sure I walked out confident using them. and Mike got me squared away with my glasses.
