I was able to call in and get an appointment right away. Had a little hiccup because you didn’t take my insurance but I got a little bit of a discount because I was out of network. I paid a little more for my eyeglasses but I don’t mind paying more when you all went out of your way to help me and also agreed to send me my glasses when they came in so I didn’t have to drive 2 hours round trip. Thanks for the amazing service

I honestly love this location
I honestly love this location. When I came in for my eye exam, I really just came in to ask a couple of questions and it was close to closing time. I expected them just to answer my questions and I would come back another day, but they ended up doing my whole eye exam and getting me an amazing deal with some contacts. We were there I know well after closing and they were still so sweet and so happy to help. You don’t find people like that to work in this world very often so kudos to you girls. Y’all are amazing!!

I was visiting from out of state and had forgot my glasses. I stopped in with hopes that my prescription from Georgia would be able to be pulled up. It was!! And I was able to get two pair of glasses with same day service! Exceptional customer service!

This place is a JOKE!!!
First you guys need more help!!! Two people were trying to run the WHOLE building. Second you NEED a better selection of frames for the 79 deal. And the colors on the stickers on the signs DID NOT match the stickers on the glasses. Then when I did not find anything I liked and wanted to leave instead yall wanted to STILL charge me 79!!! So then I ordered some random frames and then LOST 1 PAIR OF MY GLASSES SOMEWHERE IN SHIPPING!!!! The glasses had to be remade!!! Yall are terrible!!!! Also your machines couldn't even get a prescription for my wife. The whole experience was just awful!!!

This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with an eye exam and glasses. Sure, it’s an amazing deal ($79 for 2 pairs of glasses, plus exam for contacts too!), but the people really made this such a great experience. They are all so friendly and helpful, and I can’t say enough positive things about them!

I will never go back to Stanton…
I will never go back to Stanton optical. To start out, I went in on a monday (feb 9) to get the 2 for 70 and free exam. Granted I did end up going with some higher prices glasses, I believe they were around 130$, they were supposed to be “BOGO”. I needed them by Friday and they could only do one pair that day. They ended up tacking on a bunch of extra stuff I was basically forced to get if I wanted to get my glasses that day. I was going on a road trip and couldn’t drive far without them at the end of the week. I ended up paying close to 400$ for 2 pairs of glasses which is insane in itself, but it doesn’t end there. The other pair they said they would mail when they were ready. I called a week or so later (feb 17) they were ready, but never mailed. They said they would put them for 2 day shipping the next day. It had been 4 days and nothing come in the mail so I called again (feb 21) and they had FORGOTTEN to put them in the mail again! I drove up there and picked my glasses up myself, over an hour drive. Do NOT use this company unless you want to pay entirely too much, and be over looked.
