From the moment I walked into the store everyone was friendly. Jon did my eye testing and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also helped me with the frames and check out. The doctor I believe his name was Michael was very nice and knowledgeable too !! Prices were awesome in my budget. Glasses are durable. I was having car trouble and the store just closed. They saw i needed help and Jon got my van back on the road. When I picked up my glasses on Saturday my car was still having problems so I stayed outside the store and called them and a very nice young lady that worked there brought my glasses to me. Thank for all you do !!

Amazing customer service
Both of the people that helped my sister and I were amazing. The girl that helped sort through the insurance has amazing customer service skills. The gentleman that took us to the back to do the exam was great as well. They both explained every step with detail and had a very welcoming attitude. The eye dr's were very kind and helpful. It was my first time doing a hybrid exam so that was a bit strange to me but it went well.
